The Cooperative and Policy Alternative will be hosting Dr. Thomas Isaac, Minister of Finance, Kerala State, India for two weeks. Dr Isaac will be taken on a speaking tour to different centers in South Africa to speak about the Kerala Model of Development and the Peoples Campaign for Decentralisation.
